Return & Exchange Policy

We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship. Fulfillment mistakes that may be made which result in the shipment of incorrect products to you will also be accepted for return. Returns or exchanges are accepted on goods within 7 days from the date of purchase, (international orders 14 days). After this time all sales are considered final.

We will only accept returns and credit the full amount for unused items in their original packaging, any mounted, scratched, used and abused items will not be accepted for return, We will work with you to remedy any and all situations, buyer is responsible for return shipping for all repairs and warranty issues unless a item is DOA or damaged in shipment.

If a product is defective when purchased we will send you a return label for UPS ground shipping, we will require you to drop it off at a UPS location or we can schedule a pickup from a commercial address. Any item with chipped paint, or damaged from missuse will not be accepted for return. All lightweight corded items are non warrantied items. Any damaged paint or aluminum from not releasing reel brakes is not a warranty issue, it is considered miss handling and misuse.

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

Shipping Policy

We understand that when you place an order, you want your items as quickly as possible and we will do our best to make that happen! Most of the items we sell will ship quickly and be at your door fast. We will do our best to ship from the distribution center closest to you, naturally not all items will always be in stock in every location at all times! In some cases we will split the order and ship each package out to you individually and in other cases we may need to consolidate the items in one location to ship out as one package. We utilize our best judgment in an attempt to get the products to you as quickly as possible while also attempting to minimize costs.

Once an order has shipped you will receive an confirmation email with tracking number(s) of your package(s).. If you have an account you can also track your order and review your order details on the My account page. Freight LTL Shipments

Orders that contain items that are 75 lbs or greater and orders that have combined weight of 150lbs or more will be shipped with a LTL / Freight shipping carrier. To find out more about Freight Shipping please take a look at our Freight Shipping Policy information section

How long will it take for my order to ship?

We package and ship orders as soon as possible. Most orders received before 1:00 pm CST are shipped the same or next business day. Please note that we do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays or holidays. While we will do all we can to ensure your order ships as fast as possible, Weld Shop Supply cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.that effect delivery time.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?

The current average order transit time is 3 days from the time the order is shipped and the maximum number of the day an order can spend in transit is 6 business days (assuming that delivery is not affected by factors out of our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc.that effect delivery time.

Can I arrange my own shipping?

In most cases yes, Please contact our customer service team and we will help you arranging your own shipping.

Can I changing my orders shipping address?

We are able to make changes to orders that have not yet been shipped at no charge if you contact us immediately after placing the order; please be prepared with your order number. At Product Display Solutions, we work hard to ship orders as quickly as possible, and your order could ship within a few hours of being placed. If we are contacted after your order has shipped there will be a $7.50 delivery address change fee that is charged by the delivery company (FedEx & UPS) Freight delivery address change can be up to $150

Undeliverable Address or Refusal of Delivery

Orders or merchandise that is undelivered due to an incorrect address or refusal of delivery will be returned to our warehouse. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We will make every attempt to correct an address or contact the buyer prior to the return. If your merchandise is returned, you will be credited for the order minus the return shipping cost unless the return is due to mistake of Weld Shop Supply.
